Not Powering On

Bought watch for my son as Christmas Present and have only been using it for a couple of weeks. Watch was working fine and then now it will not charge at all and will not power on at all. I am using with the charger that came in the box but cannot get the screen to even show the watch is charging. I see this has happened to others but didn't really see how it is resolved.

Charger failure was a problem with some watch lines but not the 4G/LTE. If you think your charger failed, you can file a warranty claim for a replacement at support.mobvoi.com. The replacement chargers support fast chargers and QC3 chargers.
