Google pay stop working

Hello from 2 days my tic watch stop working with google pay there were no problems with that before.
I read few topic with that problem and couldn`t find solution.
So
1. Im in Poland my tic watch should work with goole pay
2. I made actualization of apps on watch and phone
3.I delete the card from tic watch and I try added again and I couldn`t do that
3.comunicate I got from google pay is when I try add a card "your phone is not supporting google pay or your phone was rooted or changed in some other way". (before i delete card was "your device is not support google pay" when i try to pay),

Could help me what else i can do ? I bought tic watch mostly for nfc transactions.

Hi,

I also have this problem since the 10th of november, I am in Spain.
please Mobvio give us a fix or workaround asap. (this is the 2nd reason I bought this and the 1st one is no longer working either).

if you want to reproduce the issue is:
I have huawei mate that does not have NFC.
that is why I bought Ticwatch with NFC ,
I use google pay .

since 4 days ago when trying to pay I get the error:
"can not make contactless payments with your phone because doesnt comply with the software standards"

I when looking into google Play- associated with my gmail account (same as the one used in watch) it mentions that Pay Protect Certified.

Please help to fix this otherwise non of the 3 reasons I bought this Watch work.
if not possible to fix please tell me another use of of this watch. Thanks.

Exactly same issue in UK, started happening at the same time. Worked fine from July up til now

Same here UK. I've contacted Mobvoi and they're working on a fix.

Exactly the same form Spain, I've read some other forums and there is to many people with this problem.
I hope Mobvoi people can fix it soon.

Hi All,

I have reported this issue to Google at 11/12, and I want to confirm, does this issue only appear after upgrading to the A3 version?

Tambien me pasa lo mismo, desde hace unos días no funciona google pay.
Alguna solución ?

Hi

Not sure what the upgrade to A3 means, but the issue started happening for me on 8 Dec 2020, which is when the latest update for the Wear OS app happened on my phone (Note 10) in UK.

I didn't change / upgrade anything on my watch - it just stopped working with Google Pay, I'd previously been using two separate bank cards on my watch trouble free since July - then all of a sudden on 8 Dec the watch flashed up a message saying the 'phone didn't meet current software requirements' when I tried to make a routine payment at a contactless terminal (had to leave my beer at the store :oops: ).

But the phone is fine - I can still use Google Pay on the Note 10. Like other users, I uninstalled and then tried to reinstall google pay on the watch - but now I can't even add the cards back - after entering the 3 digit CVV during Wear OS card set-up on the phone, it says there's a problem with the phone (e.g. that it's rooted) - but it isn't, the phone is fine.
