I will never buy a Mobvoi watch again

Hi
I bought my Tic Watch 4G LTE more or less in May / June 2020, Why? because I liked and still like the aesthetics of that watch and it does his work pretty well. So, why i'm saying that i will buy no more a Mobvoi watch? Very simple, because the customer care of Mobvoi is HORRIBLE !!
This is what i mean :
1) From June 2020 untill today i have never seen a firmware update and i presume i will never see such an update
2) They do'nt update neither their native apps. It's a shame!!
Last updates of TicPulse/Tic Exercise/TicHealth are of November 2020.
Not to talk about other apps, like Meteo. The current graphics is simply horrible, coarse. Worse than a child's drawing. It was far better the old graphic.
I have 2 watches of another brand and i receive apps updates almost weekly and firmware updates 2/3 times in a year.
You should learn how to treat your customers.
Moreover we are talking about a watch that is not given as a gift, since I paid for it 270 €
A real shame because the watch deserves more
