frist of all sorry for my bad english.


I orde my tik watch pro a week ago and still have no shipping information. I contacted custoumer support and the gave me a anser that is no anser: "it will be ship soon". what does soon tell nothing and now they are ignoring me.

how long did the watch arrive?
