Changing ticket from return to warranty

My Ticwatch Pro 2020 died after 10 days, it was working fine, then the power drianed away quickly from four bars to zero in less than an hour and it wouldn't charge after that. No abuse, no water exposure. I was really disappointed, and raised a ticket and got swift response and return label.

Despite the failure, I really liked the watch and intended to get a replacement but have got in the process for a refund - is there anyway I can change to replacement? My ticket number is 8596.
