Ticwatch Pro 3 Cellular/LTE (Vodafone)

Hi!
I have just received my new Ticwatch Pro 3 LTE. I have a spanish Vodafone number and I want to use Onenumber eSim.
Firstly, I have paired Ticwatch with my Smartphone (Samsung S7 Edge) through Wear Os app.
Everything is working so far BUT I do not see any option to scan QR code and active eSIM.

Any idea about what is wrong? I would appreciate any help! Thanks!
