TicWatch Firmware update failure (white exclamation on a red background)

If your TicWatch firmware update fails (white exclamation on a red background), try to recover as follows:
  • Long press watch crown for 10 seconds or more to check if the watch can be turned on normally, if you can turn it on, please restore to factory settings.
  • If it remains on the update failure screen, use your hand to swipe the screen and select the factory data reset option in the menu then click on the watch crown to confirm. Then see if the watch can be turned on properly.
