TicWatch Pro 3 LTE display factory error

Today I got the watch, and I was very disappointed, my problem is as follows:
When I turn on the watch, the screen has a very dim brightness and the TicWatch logo looks blue (it already looked bad, because I've seen it in videos and when turned on, the logo is white), the same happens with the Wear OS logo.
When I switch the screen to select the language, I press the screen, and it does not react, moreover, the screen turns off as if the watch was locked. The screen is activated again if I make the gesture of "turn the wrist", but it happens the same as before, I touch the screen and it locks.
I have forced a reboot about 20 times and the problem persists. Researching I have discovered that it is a factory error and I have been recommended to discard it.
