Ticpods ANC powering off

After 10 minutes of listening, my Ticpods ANC tell me they are powering off. They are fully charged and all connections are correct. I can put them in the case for a second or two with the lid closed and they give me another 10 minutes of listening before doing the same. Thinking it was an earbud failure, I opened a brand new spare set I owned. SAME ISSUE! I have uninstalled the Mobvoi app and reset all pairings and connections. Does Mobvoi not support the Ticpod ANC any more? I have two sets which are virtually useless as I have NO wish to put them in the case every 10 minutes to reset the pods.
