I just got my ticpods 2 standard today and the pairing process was fine. However once they were paired with my phone I tried to change some of the settings on the app like the beep settings but I get the notification 'Headset failed in channels, reconnect to the headset' for every button I press e.g. Headset touch, Headset name etc. I've since tried clearing the cache of the app, and resetting the earphones but this didn't help the problem. I also saw that an upgrade was available but no matter how many times I closed the case with the earbuds inside it didn't skip to the next page like it said it would. Could someone advise me on what to do now? Thanks.
