Battery bug

Hi

Yesterday I received my Tickpods pro 2. I charged them, use a lot, and put them in the case. The battery case was fully charged.

This morning, I want to use them, hearbud's battery is at 0% and case battery is at 95%.

What the bug for this price ?

I'm having the same problem. the earpiece did not charge when put back in the case. On the next day when I wanted to use it, when device connected it report the battery of the ear piece is critically low at 2% and the case is at 100%. This happen 3 times now.

have you tried leaving the case open to see if that would fix it?
i have not seen this and i have the pro

Hi Friends,

Those who are experiencing earbuds charging issue, please wipe the charging case connectors every now and then. Hopefully that'll fix the issue.

I have the same problem with the Ticpods 2 was using them the other night (have only had them 4 days) and they disconnected out of the blue and I assumed they ran out of power and put them in the case that was on charge. but the next morning they didn't work after that. apart for one instance that lasted like 10 secs and then nothing the right pod seems to have charge and has the touch functions working and beeps on them as well as its entering the ear did a refund thinking it was broken but might cancel that if there's a proper solution for this problem.
