ticpod anc doesn't work together

Hello.

my ticpod was working nice, un til yesterday.

they are both working, but not at the same time.

if I'm wearing only one, it's working (left or right)

If I'm wearing both only a random one is working

I've tried to un sync and sync several time, but still the issues ...
I've tried with another phone, same behaviour.

how Can I fix this ?

We are really very sorry for the issue your facing with TicPods ANC, Please do the following steps to reset your TicPods ANC

1. Please clear Ticpods ANC from your phone's bluetooth paired list and then turn off the bluetooth on your phone.
2. Put both earbuds into the charging case and close the case and charge for 30 seconds.
3. Please find a tutorial video in the below link for step 3

4. Waiting for 5 seconds and turn on the bluetooth on your phone and start the pairing again.

I'm having the same problems too happened to yesterday working fine in the morning then later that day only one works at a time

My Ticpods are connecting, but not at the same time, left does but right doesn't- so I put them back in the case and try again, right does but left doesn't... aarrrggg!

tried the reset method described above, deleted ANC from phone, tablet and TV ... reconnected but its still only connecting one pod at a time.

Any more ideas?

I had same issue for last couple of days (*at one point right earbud paired with TV , left one paired with my phone, SIMULTANEOUSLY!).
I got the advice below from an FB post on Mobvoi :

" I had the same problem the procedure is very simple, just open the cover, plug in the power cable and unplug it 3 times in a row, after removing the two headphones, it will then connect"

Worked for me, trick seemed to be having the cover OPEN when power cable is plugged in 3x (The day before I followed another set of instructions, I did it closed and it didn't work!).

Gosh I thought I was the only one! I'm having exact same issue. I guess this is quality issue. I followed instructions but sadly doesn't work. anyone manged to them to sync? This is not acceptable.

I'm having exaclty the same problem.. A solution to connect and software update would be much appreciated - the earbuds are very buggy when connected to Windows 10 system.
