Earbuds Gesture - Google Asst vs. Bix

Even though I have Google as my default assistant, my Earbuds Gesture only launch Bixby. I have the earbuds paired to Note 20 Ultra. Is it possible to launch Google Assistant with these earbuds? If so, how?

When you first pair earbuds with your Samsung note and you hold earbuds for 2 seconds for assistant a notification should pop up on bottom of phone to select your assistant once or always click Google and always 👍🏻
