TicPods 2 Pro+ won't disconnect when put in charging case.

As the title describes the TicPods 2 Pro+ (mine at least), won't disconnect bluetooth from the phone when they are put back in the charging case. When I first unboxed the earphones then it worked but a few days later they stopped doing that. other minor problems aswell.
