New Charging Case Ticpods 2 Pro+

So the charging case is broken. I can't charge my earbuds or case at all. Customer Service is located in California but the warranty department is in China and they're off for a whole week for Chinese New Year. I am totally giving up here. Customer Service says they won't sell me a case for the reason of it being part of the build? No idea what that means. I really wanted to like these earbuds but the lack of customer support is TRASH. Going to dump these on eBay in a "as is" condition and pick up a pair of Apple Airpods
