Fitness:
    Automatic activity tracking - Ticwatch will automatically track a walk/run if you have been walking/running for XX amount of minutes.
    Smart end activity reminders - If you leave your run/walk/freestyle workout running and forget to turn it off, your Ticwatch should vibrate if it doesn't detect movement and ask if you forgot to end your workout.
    Freestyle workouts should track calories burned while you’re working out.


Health:
    Calculate and sync with Apple HealthKit to populate Resting Energy(Calories) using BMR + intermittent background HR tracking or just BMR calculation based on Apple Health stats. This gives a better overall view of your calorie burning during the day.
    Sleep tracking that syncs with Apple HealthKit

Hello,

That's great! it will help most of the people who want to make body fit.Track watch also help to check heart pulse rate,calories & many more things.So thanks for the great information.
