Problem with voice command/input

I have my tic watch 2 paired and connected with my LG G5 which is running Android 7.0.

I can get all notification properly but never get a chance to use the voice command or input. It turns out that as long as my phone has connected to a wifi, then I can use the voice input or command flawlessly.

Once I'm off from a wifi and using 4G data, I slide for voice command or click reply message with voice input, the screen shows "network error". I'm sure my 4G signal is good and I wonder if it's a's very annoying without such function and i can't always connect with a wifi for a turnaround solution.

Is there any permanent fix for this?

I just purchased the ticwatch 2 two days ago. The voice command was initially working, but I was asked to update the OS, and after that, the voice command stopped working. I get a poor network signal message. I can can confirm that my network is strong, both 4G and WiFi. I have done factory reset on my phone and still not resolved. Please help. Thanks.
