Version 4.13.0. My MyBand 2 show me 740 steps and my Ticwatch 2 show me 1750 steps. I'm very disappointed by this bug. In next firmware release do you fix this bug?

I fear that no more firmware updates will be occurring based upon the lack of communication with TicWatch 2 users over the past two months. :( Too bad, too, because this is probably the best smartwatch out there right now.

I have recently received the Ticwatch S, which I received through pledging on Kickstarter.

I love the product. Except for one issue I have been facing. The pedometer is extremely out. Yesterday I did the exact amount of walking as my partner as we were travelling and mainly driving.

Her new Fitbit identified 5000 steps while my Ticwatch S has identified 9800-10000 steps. If anything, I walked less than she did.

It sometimes happens when I'm in a work truck too, I seem to get steps for sitting in it.

Do you have any other users with this concern? Is there a fix? Or update? Or way to recalibrate?

I just got my Ticwatc2 in December 2017 and I too am experiencing the verstated step count. I like the options this watch has, I just wish they all worked....

1) Step counter is off

2) Items on my Google Calendar that are 'all day events' show up a day early on the watch (example Christmas day shows on the 24th not the 25th of December)

3) I can either craft my own quick replies to texts OR I can see images on text that I rieve but not BOTH. If I turn SMS optimization ON then I can craft my own quick replies but if someone texts me an image or I get a group message I have to open on my phone to view. If I turn the SMS optimization OFF, I can not craft my own quick replies but I can see text images and group responses.

Same here! Guys please provide a solution or I have to return it. I was using a Fitbit before and very excited about the watch! But this issue is a bummer.

I have verified the speedometer myself.
The latest 4.14.0_intl seems like quite accurate in the steps count. I have personally counted myself on a 1.0km walk and the result is quite accurate about 1200+ steps, not like last time where I can get up to 3K steps...

Please give it a try guys if this is actually fixed in the 4.14.0_intl version. I have factory reset my watch and didnt restore any of my data from my ticwear phone apps.

However, just a side-story, my microphone still not working on phone calls with my galaxy note 4 running on Android 6.0.1. The mic is working nicely on kitkat android on my other phone, and also the voice command and recording.

I just got my Ticwatch S yesterday. Updated it to Android wear 2.9.x (latest there was) and all updates applied. Still the pedometer seems way off. Seems at least double the amount of actual steps I'm taking :(

I really hope for a fix of this!
