Yellow line on new to watch 2

Hi,

All has been just great on my brand new Ticwatch2 onyx since I received it in November, up until today when this vertical yellow line suddenly appeared on the left of my screen. It won't go away even with a hard reset.
It seems to be a hardware defect. I use my watch only at the office, so no abuse was done to it.
Please advise!

Same thing happened to my snow after less than 1 week. Yellow line on the Right side which, is now black so i guess that part of the screen is dead. Its been a week and a half and no one has been responding to my support/warranty requests. May have to start a chargeback...
Oak has been working well for 3 weeks so far...

Mine yellow line has now gone black. So I now have a black line on the screen. I have filed a warranty clame and am now waiting approval to send it back for replacement. If you need to do this too, here is the link: http://warranty.ticwear.com/
