Ah I did not know that. I ordered my watch on the 30th of Dec. and received my shipping notification today. I'll let you know how long my parcel will take !

Does anyone know what kind of shippingservice Landmark Global is? Some kind of ups? Just wondering how long shipping will take.

They dont ship anything. They choose which carrier should ship the package.

Must have been something with orders that shipped between the 20th-22nd. I got the following email from support.
Dear customer,

Sorry to keep you waiting for so long.

I just received the response from our logistic partner, your package has arrived at your local custom but it is delayed due to the custom clearance.

They will arrange the shipment as soon as possible.

The 30 day return policy calculated from the date when your order has been delivered so you do not need to worry about that.

Please kindly wait in patience.

Im having the same issue. I have emailed them numerous of times and no response from them. I have been trying to get a phone number to call them but I cant seem to find one. Im getting very irritated about this situation. I want to cancel but it doesnt seem to have that option until the watch is recieved and even then im terrified that my money will be held back seeing how this company works.

As someone who's purchased quite a bit of product from overseas retailers, let me be the first to say that this is normal. I've had some packages show up after about 7 days and other packages of similar items take almost a month. It's just the nature of the beast that is US Customs.
Sadly nothing can be done to speed up delivery, you just have to wait things out. Alongside that, take note that November through January are generally their busiest time of year due to Christmas and similar widespread buying holidays.
And of course when items are in Customs, don't expect any updates as your package is idly sitting in container waiting to be checked (which is what I'm assuming is going on here). It's just the nature of the beast that is Customs...

I have a chat transcript from mobvoi (actually 2) before ordering, asking about the delivery day, they told me it would take 5 labor days since we were in a holiday season, after making the order I contacted them again and they told me it would take 10 to 14 labor days.

Today 16 days have passed!!!, labor days!!!

What your saying is not an excuse. Mobvoi is MISLEADING customers into buying a product, they know they wont deliver in time. They told me from HK to FL would take 5 days for delivery, hell I´ll even take the 14 they told me. But still no watch.

The worst part is this: ( http://forum.ticwear.com/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=1701 ) people getting the box without the watch!!!! read all the posts, hope it wont happen to any of us!!!!

They just suck... it still hasn't been arrived after 21 days. Finally my status was updated, but I have no idea what this means. I looks like it is still in Hong Kong.
