I just took delivery of my Ticwatch Pro which I purchased from your website just a week ago.

I'm also facing a problem with my watch as it refuse to boot up. While charging it, i tried to switch it on but it just display with a lightning icon. Please help.

"Your request (105766) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."

Still waiting reply from your support team.

Frustrated.

I'm having the same problem. The watch wasn't charging, so I turned itof to try to chage it. Now it won't charge and it won't turn on. All I get is the flash sign. I'm usine the original charger. When I put it in the base, the flash appears and than nothing happens.

Can anyone help me? (By the way, I bought the watch a month ago on Amazon. I'm in Brazil now).

I'm having same problem after 2 months. I wrote to the support for warranty, but no one reply to me!!!
