I'm having the same problem. The watch wasn't charging, so I turned itof to try to chage it. Now it won't charge and it won't turn on. All I get is the flash sign. I'm usine the original charger. When I put it in the base, the flash appears and than nothing happens.

Can anyone help me? (By the way, I bought the watch a month ago on Amazon. I'm in Brazil now).

I had exactly the same problem - had the watch for 2 months (so too late to return to Amazon) and it just stopped working.
Tried charging on two different cables, and both times saw the lightning symbol when first connected but it never charged and never powered up.

Finally I realised that the two chargers I had been using were aftermarket (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H2 ... UTF8&psc=1)

When I went back to find the original Ticwatch cable then it came back to life - phew!

So the learning from this is that when the battery is deeply discharged, you need the original cable to get it up and running again.

Lucky the forum is here to help! Thanks
