GPS works on Mine:
Samsung Galaxy S5 (Disable bluetooth)
Ticwatch 2 (disable wifi)
Latest Beta Tic_4.5.3_intl_a1
This way you know the phone and watch are not connecting.
Start YGPS (in my watch it takes between 10 and 20 seconds to lock. Sometimes even less.)
I see a bunch of satellites even inside my house.
I still have problems when I run. It is not accurate. It should probably ask you to wait until it locks on a satellite before it starts the activity.
I think if I start YGPS and wait until it locks and then start the activity it works better. (the GPS active indicator is on). It is not consistent.
My last 2 runs:
Wednesday Jan 18: Strava 3.5mi Tic:3.59mi
Thursday Jan 19: Strava 4.0mi Tic:2.57mi
So far useless.......
I'm sure there is a way to fix this.

In order to understand how GPS sensor works, I've made some tests.
At the end, i realize that sensor stops working when I turn on smartphone's bluetooth. When I turn off smartphone's bluetooth, GPS sensor starts working again.
This is uncorfortable, or does this appen only to me?

Is there supposed to be a map of the GPS tracking available somewhere? I went with my watch (no phone) the other day and it recorded a distance, but I can't see if there is anywhere to view a route.

There is nothing at the moment that will show a map on the watch. Just have to link it to the phone to see your runs, walks or Rides in the health Center on the Ticwear Global app in your phone or if you succesfuly linked it to Strava, Runkeeper, or Google Fit.

I don't even see that. Can someone provide a screen shot to show me where I should look? When I click on a specific workout, it brings up a screen with the stats and a generic picture of outdoor running, but no map.
