Sleep tracking

Post by 212bowyer » Tue Jan 10, 2017 9:08 pm

Please, please, please.!!! add the ability to track sleep. I have been able to do this with every other device.
I love this watch and understand I would sacrifice battery life overnight but I can manage charging as needed..... Thanks

I agree, would be nice if you could track sleep. When i bought the watch i was sure it has the ability to do that, but now I'm a little disappointment

I'd be very interested to see this option too.

+1

Also, would be cool if the watch could measure how long you have been, let's say, running, sitting or laying down. The polar a360 can do this and it's pretty cool!

This should be a standard in all Smart Watches. How did sleep tracking get left out?

+1 for this feature request

personally i plan to charge my watch during the day while at work and wear it throughout the night for sleep tracking purposes. i've taken a passing glance at the ticwatch sdk and am considering writing my own basic little app for this, but my kids and work take most of my time so if i build this it will be crap... i'd rather install a known-good solution from another dev.

I was disappointed this was not already on the watch.

Definitely needed.

+1 on this as well!

I'd like to see details on my sleep if the battery hadn't died by the time it came around to going to bed, but the feature will potentially keep me from buying a new watch in the near future!

This is a killer for me. I read a blog that stated that Ticwatch 2 does have a sleep analyzer, so I bought one.

Now I find out that it does not. What a shame, I like it a lot other than that.

This watch is going back.

UPDATE:

Found a solution. Ordered a Ticwatch E. Since this watch is supposed to be Wear 2 compatible, I ought to be able to load a sleep app.

We will see.
