where the heck is customer support?

I'm baffled by the fact that contacting customer support is so convoluted. i'm struggling to get in contact with someone after 2 days of trying. they make you create so many accounts and even then it's just so damn confusing to understand which account is for what purpose. really regretting my purchase of this watch and now wasting so much time trying to return this ...

product is not that bad but awful company to deal with .. !!!

Weird that you're having a bad experience. I haven't really needed to contact support, but back when they were on Kickstarter, i sent them a message, and they responded withing a few days, and they were really helpful too!

What accounts, by the way? Have you just tried shooting them an email? support@mobvoi.com

Yes, I have had the same issue. I have a defective TicWatch Pro, I filled out the warranty claim they responded with troubleshooting tips after it was determined over the phone that I had a defective watch! Now I cannot talk to a human at all. Terrible customer service. :oops:
