I am noticing that steps are being counted when I am driving my car, this is annoying, I interface google fit with MyFitnessPal and when compared with other MFP users, my steps (and therefore calories updated in MFP) are higher than normal. In addition I've had to factory default the watch yesterday to enable stand alone GPS usage....

Hi i have a new ticwatch pro, i also noticed that it counts steps excessively. I already updated the software and android wear as well. I counted 500 steps but on my watch, it displays 970 steps already. Is there a way to calibrate the pedometer? Thank you

I was recording my steps for over a month for a stel challenge at my work and yesterday, the watch got disconnected and I was forced to factory reset. But i did not select clear my data. But still all my data is wiped. Please help me to restore it. Please suggest what is the way to get it back? How can I open a complain ticket with mobvoi/ tic watch support? I need this data back. Please help..

Step count issue

My step count is insane. What is going on with the Tickwatch E. I have only had it for about a week and had no clue the steps weren't accurate until this morning. It went from 0 to 290 steps 10 minutes after I got dressed and left the house. Then from 290 to 450 just getting out of the car and walking a few steps into a building. Please tell me this can be fixed. I like the watch and have already purchased new bands and other accessories.
