Steps Not Syncing

I'm confused with the syncing part between my phone and my iPhone. I left my phone on my desk and walked out to grab something. Then I come back, my watch has 50 steps more than my phone. So I waited before it reconnects and pray that it would sync.

It didn't.

So, by definition, syncing would force my phone and my watch have the same exact information without any intervention -- I mean, there is no sync button, so that's out of the window. But I'm just saying that, it seems to be that it's not doing what it suppose to do ... the most simplest thing actually.

I'm pissed.

Hi dear ifredzzz, thanks for your feedback, to better understand your case, could you please provide your phone model and OS version, watch firmware version, Ticwear Global version?
