Heart rate and steps are inaccurate and don't sync to Google Fit

I've tested the heart rate monitor against a number of other fitness trackers and the Tic watch always had more than 20 bpm variance. Also, my watch seems to track my steps less than other trackers. Here is a comparison after a day:

Fitbit - 10,107 steps
Garmin - 10, 289 steps
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone - 10, 003 steps
Tic watch - 8,566 steps

Also, perhaps I am doing something wrong, but I have connected the Tic watch with Google Fit and they don't seems to sync. Is there a setting that I am missing or is anyone else having the same issue?

Have you tried clicking on google fit on ticwear app ? I have attached a couple of images for you to look at. Once you authorize it your device will be synced to google fit and it will look like the second image. Hope this helps.

Today Xiaomi Mi Band 2 = 2700steps, Ticwatch2 = 4272 steps for the same walk!

Xiamo Mi Band 2 was very exact, Ticwatch 2 totally wrong.

I've noticed that neither the watch or the companion application are able to transfer the duration of walking activities to Google Fit. This means that you cannot set activity time as a goal in Google Fit.

No time of activity is being transferred to Google Fit.

The steps are being transferred (after a fashion), but since you cannot see the different elements it is not obvious how this is being done.

I also have a MiBand and this has no problem transmitting both activity time and steps to Google Fit. My Pebble did the same.

I am concerned that since other manufacturers appear to be able to connect correctly to Google Fit, why Mobvoi is unable to do so.

The lack of interaction from the Mobvoi on this forum is also concerning. Information is posted on Facebook and on Kickstarter but that information - at least - should be replicated on this forum (even the updates posted on Kickstarter are not here - only #17).

The above post says to click on google fit in the ticwatch app, but the app does not let me click it. Where in the app did you go to get there? I cannot seem to figure out how to get the watch and google fit to sync.
