Watchface Market has Stopped

My watch is running the latest version (4.12 int).

This morning, I held my watch and attempted to open the Watchface Market. However, after running for a split second I received an error message saying that "Unfortunately, Watchface Market has stopped".

I tried rebooting the watch, but that didn't fix the problem.

Could anybody advise on the cause of this error?

Hi @helhadid, this crash issue has been fixed. Factory reset the watch, it will work.

Just did the reset. It worked.

Thank you very much Gaby! What a fast response!

Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening in the future?
