Very poor GPS tracking

I purchased a tic watch 2 at the end of January 2018 and the main reason was the sports watch function with GPS tracking. Everything was fine until a soft ware update between 2nd and 4th april 2018 . After that time the GPS tracking became very inaccurate, wrong distance and completely wrong routes tracked. I returned this watch and was sent a replacement and have exactly the same problem a 4km run measured at 11km with a peak speed of 120 KPH showing a completely differnet route on the map. Also the GPS is very slow at picking up a signal and sometime dosn' t. I have tried a number of factory resets to try and undo the latest update Android version 5.1 and Ticwear version TIC_4.41.0_intl. Numerous emails to support but either no response or no solution offered. Anyone else experienced this problem? Any solutions? I have attched an image showing my actual route in pink and the route tracked by the watch
