Delivery Time

Hi
I've placed an order few days ago, but am yet to receive an update on the status/delivery day. Just wondering how long it usually takes? Prior to ordering it said delivered within 2-4 days.

Yeah, it'll take between 2 to 4 days for delivery based on your location.

Mine were ordered on the 16th August and am yet to see them, over 3 weeks later. I've asked 3 times now via email to support for an update, but all I get is crickets....

I placed an order on July 29, 2020. My credit card was charged July 30. Still not shipped (today's date is September 9, that is six weeks). A lot of trouble finding out why and when the product will be available.

Not good enough is it? I'm thinking of asking for a charge back on mine. I could have spent the same money and get a comparable set from a different brand locally.

We faced little delay in deliveries for Headphone ANC (Tickasa ANC) but all of them sort out. I hope you'd receive your units very soon.

Hi I ordered Ticwatch pro 3 order number 23465583036. Tried contacting via email but to no avail as I'm wondering how can I cancel my order since it'll take too long to be delivered. I ordered on 17.04.21. Thanks.

Mine was ordered on August 16th, and I have yet to get them, despite the fact that it has been almost three weeks. I've emailed support three times already asking for an update, but all I get is silence...

I order a ticwatch pro 3 gps and I have yet to get it. I got it on newegg from mobvoi u.s It has been in prossesing for 3 days. When should I expect to get it.
