GTH loosing connection

Hi, I recently purchased a GTH watch. Sorry if this isn't the right page to post this but can't see a dedicated forum.

Generally I've been getting on OK with the watch apart from 1 critical issue. Around one a day or so the watch resets itself and goes back to the setup screen with the QR code on it. I just need to go back into my phone app and hit' connect' to get it connected again but all data is then lost. All steps for the day, any watch facts, etc are all lost.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice to stop this happening?
