Poor bluetooth connection to headset on TW Pro 3 GPS

I have the same issue as some user had/having on the TW pro

When the watch isn't connected to the phone and I'm running with earbuds in (Jabra Elite 75t) I only have a good connections around my chest.
When I lower my arms to my hip, the music starts to stutter (with spotify).

So what I have while running:
- the GPS tracking on (TicExercise)
- buds connected with bluetooth
- playing music with spotify

can it be that there are to many processes running (GPS, bluetooth, heart rate monitor, stepcount) ?

How did you manage to connect a Headset to the ticwatch and use this combo with the phone? I am trying to do this for quite a while with 3 different bt headsets!

Is there a secret setting, a special app or how can i use this? What app do you use to listen to music?

I believe there is nothing secret there. It's probably not working with all kinds of wireless buds, I tried one plus buds and it works just fine.

You have to go to your phone Bluetooth tw settings uncheck or disable phone calls and then try to connect your buds with the watch again.

It connects mine and used spotify to play music from it.

Same issue here. I have noticed that Spotify is working perfectly fine if running app is not in the frontend. It seems like Spotify/Bluetooth connection is lowered when in the background.

It is a pity as it was the most relevant functionality that I exprected from TW Pro 3.

I hope someone can give us a tip on how to tweak it so they can be executed in parallel.

Update on Bluetooth Connection Issue:

It seems that the user can only be advised to wear the watch on the same side of the Bluetooth headset receiver when exercising, because the body will block the Bluetooth signal when swinging the arm, which will cause the signal to be interrupted, And also we are diagnosing this issue further and will update more information regarding this in coming weeks

Thank you for the update. One additional comment here. This is happening only when both Spotify and TicExercise are running in parallel If spotify is working alone we do not face this issue.

The issue was solved when I moved the watch from the left wrist to the right wrist
