Pro3 Ultra unresponsive

I purchased the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS from Amazon on 28th Jan 2022. I really like the watch, however, over the past few weeks my watch has become unresponsive a couple times a day. The monochrome screen is working fine but then when you go to unlock/activate the main display neither of the buttons or tapping the screen activates the main display. It has to be restarted to function correctly. Which it does for around 8 hours then it will become unresponsive again.

Is it a software or hardware issue? Is there a fix or is it a faulty product?
