I've found that barometer also is not working. Maybe barometer is affected by water inside speaker hole? I've having all this problems after swimming on a pool. Usually after two or three days the battery stops blinking and all works fine, but after some days it will broke again...

I think it has to do that the sensors are dirty. Cleaning the sensors helps, but unfortunately not for very long. This issue happened also with Sunto watches. They have to adjust something with the sencitivity of the wear check...

Purchased on Dec 5 from Amazon. Wrist detection worked for a hour or so until it updated and has not worked sense. Has there been any update on if this is software or hardware? I don't want return it if it will get fixed with a firmware or software update.

just 1 day after arriving al the sensors stopped working. it's a shame that after this time they don't have a solution.
Hi, and how at the moment? They work already or still none of this. Do you have any new news on this?

Are these problems also occurring in the Pro 3 LTE version? Did anyone here have these problems in the Pro 3 LTE version?

Sensors not working

Post by limonero2002 » Sun Jan 10, 2021 9:00 pm

Gracias

Any updates to this issue?

The last past was prior to Xmas, which is hard to believe.

Are admins on vacation still?

IP68? Nope. 2 months, watch sensors are not working. The most I did was sweat a little out walking, this watch does have activity apps! Contacted Mobvoi and they want me to ship it in, was really hoping it was a firmware issue. Wish I could get my money back.
