Cannot submit a claim

Hi,

I purchased a TicWatch Pro 3 LTE on Amazon.it, but I cannot submit a claim since your website doesn't recognize my data (seller + email + order ID), even if I've checked this data multiple times and it's totally correct.

How should I proceed?
