Hi I ordered Ticwatch pro 3 from your website and I have fully paid for my order but as it turns out I'm no longer interested in this watch and want to cancel my order. My order number is #############. Kindly look into this matter and get back to me as soon as you can thanks.

I would suggest reach out through their support page rather than posting your info on an open forum

Why leave the information in the user post above like their order number? I would think that moderation, especially the head moderator to remove it :|

I can understand why he would post it here since sending an email to the support desk doesn t change anything.

4 days now with no answer, ordered the watch april 23...
