iOs issues
Hi, I have a few issues with my iPhone 6 and ticwatch:
1. I cannot connect to a WiFi network since there are no available options on the phone app to put the WiFi password
2. Thus, I cannot - update the SW, get more watchfaces, etc.
Can you please advise?

Re: iOs issues
To connect to wifi networks, go to the settings on your watch. Go into network -> WiFi.
There, pick your network, and click the blue arrow thing. This (should) open a dialog on your phone which prompts you to type in the password.
You don't need the Wifi on the watch to download updates and watch faces though, it works perfectly fine over Bluetooth (assuming the phone has internet access), although a bit slower than over WiFi directly.

Hi, have you tried to write an email to the support@mobvoi.com to describe your problem? May I ask which step you get stuck when trying to pair the watch to your phone?

Re: iOs issues
Hey,
1) Bluetooth call:
- Open the dialer at watch
- Open ticwear on phone
- Let ticwear open at background and open bluetooth settings on phone
- Confirm the notification to pair
Reply to notifications:
This function is currently not available with iOS.
You are able to read notifications, clear it, etc. but not to answer yet.
2) Faces:
- Standard watchfaces can be changed via watchfaces section in ticwear
- Standard watchfaces can be changed by holding the watchface screen or at Settings -> Watchfaces on ticwatch
- Additional watchfaces are available on (+) at choosing watchfaces directly on ticwatch and downloading them but they are limited
- I've read a guideline on facebook of how to build own or get different watchfaces on iOS to the ticwatch but it seems to be not that easy
3) Softwareupdates:
- Enable Wi-Fi (Settings -> Network -> Wi-Fi -> Wi-Fi-Settings)
- Choose the Wi-Fi you want to connect to and type in the password on ticwear
- After connecting to a Wi-Fi check for updates on Settings -> Update, if there is one it will update
- Actual Ticwear OS version is Tic_4.2.6_intl
Kind regards
Holzi
