I'm on Oreo since yesterday (did not even notice that the Update was installed) and can't see any new problems. Battery lasts as before for something between 20 and 25 hours (WiFi and Health disabled), no problem with OK google, no unexpected reboots.

Works as expected. I had hoped for some improvements especially with Whatsapp notifications which sometimes work/sometimes not but ..well. It is as it is.

I do not have Oreo on my watch..

When I hit the WearOS it pop up "Checking for updates" but nothing happens..

What can I do?

Got my update!
Got the latest functions!
BUT (yes, there's a BUT)... notification seems like way delayed from the phone...
e.g. the phone vibrates about a whatsapp message, the Ticwatch E vibrates about 5-10 seconds later!

Is there anyway we can fix this?

After updating to Oreo, Google Assisant stopped responding to call "name".
All other voice commands are working normally, but call "name" always shows me an error message: Something went wrong. Isn't available on this device.

I tried factory reset, but no change. :(

My battery life is atrocious after the update. Where before I would get home from work after 9 hours with over 50% left, now the watch dies during the day, after 5, 6 hours. I just arrived at work, the watch cam of the charger 40 minutes ago and is already at 86%, with 4 hours left.

Additionally it has trouble connecting to the phone. I need to fiddle with airplane mode and with bluetooth settings, before I can finnally do something.

I performed a factory reset, to no avail. Is there a way to go back to the previous firmware version?

I had a similar battery issue for the first 2 days. Did couple of restarts, google play update of the apps and now the battery is good again. Infact it looks like it's better than before.

Day after update everything looks fine - battery and notifications are as they were prior to update. Vibration is weaker (although still enough for me) and haven't found option to adjust it and i don't get it why we didn't received black notification background announced back in January in wear os update.

Received the update last night. Haven't noticed any strange behavior, working accordingly so far!
Would have liked the black theme instead of the green/grey-ish in the menu's. After a couple of hours use today the battery is at 91%, as before.

Today on my Ticwatch E was received the system upgrade prompt.
So I agree to update, but after download complete, reboot to recovery mode to flash the upgrade rom, but after few seconds the progress is stop, and show the error image.
I think maybe dirty flash cause failure, so i try to do a factory reset. After that I do a re-bind the watch to my phone, setup the network connect, at last do the system upgrade again. But very unfortunately it's failure again.
Do these operations about for several times, get the same failure result.

Is any one known what happen to this system upgrade?
Should I upgrade another version before upgrade to Android Oreo? But no another upgrade version has been detected.

Thanks a lot.

There is my watch current system information:
DeviceName: Ticwatch E 108A

Google Play Service: 11.3.02(534-161239932)
Android OS: 7.1.1
SE Patch: 2017.10.05
Version: NWD1.171211.002

Update at: 2018-05-18
Update the follow apps from Google Play Store, but still failure.
Wear OS: 2.11.0.193584459
Google Play Service: 12.6.73(050300-194189626)
