Ticwatch S - watch doesn't notify incoming phone call (sometimes)

When a phone call comes in, sometimes it rings/vibrates at the watch, and sometimes it doesn't. I'd say the latter is more often. Many times when the watch does get the notification, the response is very delayed - like four rings from the phone before the watch does anything.

Also, like others have stated, when a call notification DOES make it to the watch and I answer on my phone, many times the watch will continue ringing/vibrating.

Phone is US Verizon Samsung Galaxy S7, and is located in my pocket within a few feet of the watch nearly all the time.

I am experiencing this exact same issue, and it seems more people are; I can find a lot of reports of this.
I never had any such issue with my Pebble Smartwatch.

Ok thanks to a reddit user the workaround is to switch your phone language to UK English. Obviously this is NOT a solution as I really don' want UK english on my phone.So Mobvoi please fix this now that you have clue to the possible source of the problem

Hi,
i have the same Probleme. I tested it with a Honor 10, Honor View 10 and Nokia 7 Plus.
Sometimes the watch show me the incoming call and sometimes not. All other notifications (calendar, WhatsApp, email) work fine and with no delay.
Is there any solution to slove the problem?

I have the same problem. The clock vibrates on the hand when the handset is off the phone. The same was on Android 7. It's time to fix this problem! Tested on the N5x and Essential phone.

Same here... please try to fix this. Incoming phonecall notifications is really important and if its doesent work..

YES! I am having same issue. Actually having many issues but this is just another one I am experiencing. With my Pixel 2XL Sometimes by the time my watch rings the call has went to voicemail

i have the same problem. I'm using ticwatch and oneplus 5, language is polish. sometimes everything works fine and sometimes i don't get incoming calls notification. when i twist my wrist to turn on the screen than the notification shows up... its very annoying and kills a big part of functionality of the smartwatch....
