Not Fully Charged
every night I get up after setting my Tic on my charger all night it isn't fully charged.
I think it charges to 100%, then starts to discharge, then I when I get up and see it I have to remove it then place it back on the charger for it to re-re-charged to 100%.
is the unit not able to keep it at 100%?
I assume it stops charging at 100% so it wont overheat, but does it not sense it is loosing charge and start back up?
luckily I get up an hour before I leave for work but It isn't "grab it and go" for sure
I know the advertisement says it is but...um...no

Re: Not Fully Charged
It is actually lower than 100%? I noticed mine locks onto the last screen before it dimmed out so it says it's lower on the charging face on the watch, but if I check the battery in the settings, it's actually at 100%.
Re: Not Fully Charged
well when I pick it up to put it on, it ism less than 100% so I have to put it back on the charger before leaving the house
Re: Not Fully Charged
heck this morning I went to put it on and it had been "charging" all night, but it was dead...yes dead, I gotta fall back to another watch, I think I am gonna sell it and but an Apple Watch
other that this constant issue I really like it, but this is NOT ok

Re: Not Fully Charged
That's not quite normal, contact customer service I left mine charging during the night and when I wake up it's at 100%
Re: Not Fully Charged
mine works like @anstds - in fact it charges to 100% so fast this is really easy for most to test and with no others complaining of the same it really points to an issue with your device.
mine charges to 100% in ~1 hour. i leave it on the charger all night though (~8 hours) and it is invariably at 100% in the morning when i grab it.

Re: Not Fully Charged
I agree it is MY watch, but it might be a quality control issue
Re: Not Fully Charged
I think the problem may be with the charger, for tonight I am trying my Qi charger
Re: Not Fully Charged

Re: Not Fully Charged
I personally don't leave it on the charger overnight, since mine literally charges to 100% in about an hour.
I agree that it is quite weird if it's discharged in the morning. I wonder if it's some sort of mechanism to protect overcharging (If that's even an issue).
Maybe you should try charging it for shorter times and monitor what happens?
EDIT: If it's your watch specifically, you should definitely contact support and ask for a replacement. I think Mobvoi also said, that while using a Qi charger works, it might end up damaging the device.
