TicWatch Pro has stopped working

My TickWatch Pro has suddenly stopped working properly.

The watch does not activate with gestures (even though they are switched on in settings).
You can get the watch to activate by taping it but it goes blank after about 1 second.

The battery life amount shows 50% even after being on the charger for a while.
The battery life amount shows 50% when wearing the watch.

I have restarted the watch but still the same issues.

Any suggestions?

Please reset the watch to factory settings and see whether the problem is solved. If the device still does not work normally, there is likely an issue with the watch itself. If your device is eligible for a warranty replacement, please submit a warranty request at support.mobvoi.com. If your device was purchased through one of our official stores, but this issue was caused by man-made damage, please submit a repair request at support.mobvoi.com. Did factory reset but no improvement!

Also none of the sensors are working.

Have filled out a warranty claim.

Just to let you know warranty won't work if you got it wet. They wouldn't warranty it for me.
