Hi guys,
My Tichome arrived well, and I'm enjoying it so far
What's Mobvoi's policy about Cast Firmware updates?
How fast and until when will updates be pushed to our Tichomes?
The current cast version on the Tichome is v1.25, while Google Home devices have v1. 28 (preventing us to use that new Assistant Broadcast function, for example). Is there a guy working on bridging that gap on your side?
Thanks in advance!

For anyone curious, I received a response to this question through email support :
"Our R&D team testing the new FW now, we will launch it we it's stabilized, and we don't have the ETA yet but it should be no later than Dec."

Hi All,
Just checking in on the progress of firmware update. I LOVE my Tichome Mini but wish firmware would be a little closer to the firmware on standard Google Home devices. As of now, Google Home firmware is 1.29.10611 - Tichome is 1.25.91836
While I understand there might be a delay in some features - like calling - Broadcast feature works on my Tichome but it seems only to SEND to other Google Homes (it wont receive).
I would hope we see a firmware update soon that includes:
1) fix to broadcast receiving
2) equalizer
3) battery improvement (drains quite fast on standby)
4) calling (when possible)
Best,
Finch

It requires the version 1.29.106111 firmware...
We can not call without this version.
I took the tichome for that and he does not do it.
It does not serve me

How do you get the firmware version? Or any other detail for that matter. I haven't found any technical documentation on this unit other than the rudimentary pictogram-ish fold-up piece that came with the unit.

Pretty disappointed in Mobvoi...
There has been No response to users' inquiries on a firmware update for the tichome, which I own, so is a concern for me too. Google mini is way better supported and is less expensive.
Also no information on an AW release for Ticwatch 2... I own two of the Ticwatch 2 watches. They stopped developing for it only 3-6 months after I bought mine. Support is very lacking.
Can you please provide an update on either or both of these?
