Hi,

my TICWATCH S has a quite similar Problem since yesterday!
It won´t boot anymore stays dark and vibrates each time, i push the button for a few seconds!
But nothing happens!
Now, today I see the watch wants to boot (see the "ticwatch" sign), but then I see an orange/black striped Display for a Moment and afterwards the watch wants to boot again!
The battery should be fully loaded, had it charged for at least a whole night! But could´t see any loading sign!!
It still wants to boot but skips it after a few seconds!

It is doing this since somewhen in the night, when I was asleep!

Any Solutions for that Kind of Problem???

Thank you

Has anyone solved or received a solution regarding this issue. Tech support at the support email does not respond, except with a fancy auto-reply?

guys I have found the solution. What you need to do is to open the back panel of the watch with a tiny screw driver and blow on the magnetic strips where you plug in your charger. In my case, there was water in there which is why there was a problem transferring power to the watch. this is what fixed my problem and now there is no trouble booting my watch!

hi all,

My brand new tickwatch E arrived today and it won't boot up. Been on charge ages but shows no signs it is charging. I submitted n email to support but no whiff of a reply other than the automated email. Did anyone actually get a response from support? I'm rather concerned given how commonly encountered this problem is, and also that people are commonly experiencing no replies from support!

Thanks,

Joe
