I was able to identify the issue, so thought would post it here. This problem will arise if the charger is not able to provide sufficient current to charge the watch. Is simple words, faulty charger.

If you use a multimeter and check the voltage across the charger head pins you will get 5 Volts. That is not the problem here, its the current. If you connect a charge doctor you can see that the current draw to be 10mV which is hardly enough to charge the watch.

Solution: Get another charger.

Can't turn it on either, battery was at 50 percent, i pressed the power button but it just vibrated and didn't turn on the watch.

Do we have to buy another Charger or cable? I have about 10 Chargers - I tried them all. Nothing worked... So what's exactly the Solution Mobvoi? Or don't you care about V1 Users any more, because you focus on V2? Support didn't answer either...
