Use Sleep as Android. You need to install it on your phone and watch.

I would like sleep monitor too. I used to use microsoft Band for that but they discontinued support since microsoft aren't have as competent as mobvi, i would much prefer to sleep monitor with a mobvi band or tic watch... what are they waiting for, sleep monitoring would help sell even more watches :D

Hi Thewood11,

Sleep monitoring is still in testing stage and the availability is still unknown.

Hi Thewood11,

TicWatch S2 and E2 already have sleep monitoring via TicMotion, TicMotion will be expanding to TicWatch Pro and C2 but there is no exact date yet.

While I understand there is no exact date, do you have a general ballpark time frame? This was announced 6 months ago, and has yet to materialize... I recently purchased a C2 assuming that all the -2 models had feature parity, and have just discovered this shortcoming. Before I return it I'd like to understand if this is something that may be coming in weeks, months, or no actual planned timeline.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,

I asked for our software team for more information on TicMotion for C2 and Pro. I'll get back to you soon as I received the replay from our software team.
