Ticwatch Health app not fully synced (E Model)

Did receive my Ticwatch E about a week ago and been wearing since, and still can't get the Ticwatch Health app fully synced between watch and phone. My phone is a Samsung S7.
All the "Apple Watch style circles" are showing actual results in my watch, but none of this data syncs to my phone. Recorded activities using Fitness app do get synced. How can this be? Steps don't sync, but activities are synced.
Attached watch and phone screenshots showing that only an activity got synced.
Android Fit is also struggling to sync with my phone, only some activities get synced and sometimes partially.

What I've already tried to fix it during this week:
- Factory reset of watch
- Updating Android Wear (in watch) and everything else
- Factory reset again with updates
- reinstalling all apps on my phone
- reconfiguring watch in my phone
- trying the Sync Apps option in Android Wear phone app.
None of those made a difference.

Is this a known issue? Not found anything like on the other posts.

I am having the same issue but on IOS. Steps are not syncing to Apple Health. Activity distance and heart rate register and pass but nothing for steps. I've received no response on this issue yet. Any updates on your issue yet?

I'm having the same issue. All recorded activities are displayed on the health app, but none of the other data seems to sync. Not even steps.

Same mistake here, I never could see the data inside the application on the smartphone. I can only see it on smartwatch. I use a Oneplus 5. Has anyone managed to solve this problem?

Same thing here, also Ticwatch E with a Galaxy S8
and I tried opening a support request they seem to "not know about it"

any news from the Mobvoi team?

I am facing the same issue here....
The Tic health app is not sending any data to the smartwatch Mobvoi app!

Any solution ?
