I constantly facing this issue since the first day I got my ticwatch E from crowd funding campaign.

Bluetooth stay connected for 10-30mins and drop. Once it drop, it will never come back unless u off the Bluetooth and turn it back on. Sometimes that won't connect , I need to restart the phone and watch in order to get the watch connect to my phone.

My 20dollar Bluetooth earphones from unknown brand cam stay connected to my phone and never drop. Mobvoi team can't even make Bluetooth connection stay connect for more than 30mins.

Did I mention the only guide u will get from mobvoi team is factory reset/hard reset?
I Reset and factory reset the watch nearly 10times since the first day I got the watch. Nothing help. yet this is still the only advise from team Mobvoi.

I have the same problem with tickwatch e and blackberry keyone with anroid 7.1.

My watch keeps disconnecting as well. I need to restart my watch every time to get connected again. This is very bad experience and I'm regretting my purchase every day. I learned to live with the poor battery life, but I can't swallow this issue. I know this will not be posted as the forum is not being updated. Mobvoi's support is frustrating. All the reviewers all the tech channels are being obviously paid to give their watches good reviews.

It's now October and my watch is still doing this...

OnePlus 5, Android 8.1

Connection clearly works as I get notifications but unless I'm at home on my WiFi then I cannot use the PlayStore or use voice replies. Although at the moment I'm on WiFi and it's showing disconnected... Still get notifications though.

Same problem here.

OnePlus 6 with Ticwatch E, both fully up to date.

No internet on the watch, but notifications work.

Please fix this!

Found a solution that seems to work well. As said here https://support.google.com/wearos/thread/438402?hl=en
One solution which is the easiest quickest and works is to uninstall wear os and put back Android Wear app I did not used the link provided as it didn't seem to work but used Aptoide to do so. I selected one of the latest version of Android Wear before it became wear os. Installed it and then went on system apps Android Wear (or could still be seen as wear os) clicked the 3 dots and unchecked the auto-update box.
Bim done less than 10minutes didn't needed to restart either watch or phone and it connected. Its now stable.

Hi, I had the same issue. I solved it like that way,

Before the factory reset of my device. I removed all the saved wifi networks from my watch. Then I reconnected to my primary network. I wait till its connected. Then go back and check the cloud is gone.

Disconnected icon. Solved.

Worked for me: go to >
watch >connection >wifi>saved network>all remove and reconnect.
