Has anyone found a solution? My brand new Ticwatch E has the same issue since day 1. As others have stated, the only workaround is to turn off Always On mode. I've been working with Mobvoi support, but I may have to abandon ship if we don't have an answer before the window to return to Amazon for an exchange expires.
Hey guys, the first reports on this are getting old. If I google on it I see a lot of users are affected, but still nothing happening here. The always-on display is a big feature. If you can't get the bugfix done, at least communicate.
