Problems with my ticwatch e

Hello i have a ticwatch e buyed in geekbuying in past days but i have some problems of disconnections in some times or, WhatsApp messagees not appear option to answer etc i check in the option of conectivity in my watch appear always disconnected but i receive some messagees of facebook or WhatsApp but sometimes not. i think maybe the product it's not genuine because my brother have one too but he sell on Amazon Marketplace (mobvoi) seller And works fine it's possible or geekbuying it's oficial seller of that products in the box appear a serial number how can i check if it's genuine or not thanks

If you haven't already, I suggest you contact Mobvoi at support@mobvoi.com to see if you have the genuine article and to troubleshoot your issue.
