Health application is not synchronizing with my smartphone

I've been using Ticwatch E since January of this year, and I've never been able to see the data collected by the distance smartwatch. calories and these things through my smartphone that is Oneplus 5. I can see this information in the smartwatch within the Health application, but in the mobile in the Mobvoi application, everything is cleared. Has anyone had this problem, have you been able to fix this problem?
The system of smartwatch and smartphone are all updated, to make clear some suspicion of not being updated.
